What do we actually know about traveling through something like a wormhole? Is it possible to travel to another world instantly? How about an alternate world? If it was possible would they tell us. Where could we go and what would we discover?

I love astronomy. You can’t ever know what to expect in one. Maybe you travel into another time, or it can tear you to bits of pieces. Normally it sucks you in, but traveling in time is another possibility.
